This is a hybrid role combining administrative support and operational coordination.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, calendars, and internal communication
Support coordination across departments and teams
Assist with documentation, organization, and workflows
Help maintain operational systems and processes
Support leadership with day-to-day needs

Requirements:

Background in administration, operations, or coordination preferred
If no degree: 2–4+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear communication and attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Freelance Day Rate: $200 – $300/day
Freelance Weekly: $1,000 – $1,500/week
If Converted to Permanent: $50,000 – $65,000/year
Can transition into a permanent position based on performance and company growth
